In a major announcement on Monday, the Radha Soami Satsang Beas (RSSB), a spiritual organization based near the Beas River close to Amritsar, revealed that its leader, Gurinder Singh Dhillon, has appointed 45-year-old Jasdeep Singh Gill, a Cambridge PhD in chemical engineering and an IIT Delhi alumnus, as the new patron and ‘Sant Satguru.’ RSSB secretary Devender Kumar Sikri announced: “Baba Gurinder Singh Dhillon has appointed Jasdeep Singh Gill, son of Sukhdev Singh Gill, as the patron of the Radha Soami Satsang Beas Society, effective immediately from September 2, 2024.”
